The gentleman at the front desk was far from friendly, a little abrupt in tone, slow at checking ppl in and then told me he couldn’t take my cash copay because he didn’t have access to the box.  When he finally did take my payment because I told him that was the only way I was paying and asked for a receipt. He told me to sit down and he would get me one.  Then he proceeded to help another patient.  He should have finished with me and getting my receipt

Booked same day appt for my 2 y/o daughters rash. Everyone was so kind and cheerful with her and made it easy. The only complaint was the wait time even with a scheduled appointment.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Mariam Lozah PA. was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall good experience Wait time was very short

I was able to book an appointment online To see the doctor the same morning. The staff are very friendly. The facility is very clean. This is my third visit to this center and I will go nowhere else

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

My Wonderful wife wanted me to get checked out as I’ve been sick all week. The nurse was very nice and the Dr took her time and listened to my issue. Ordered a a chest X-ray.  Very happy with the care.

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

There was no wait and we were in and out in 30, staff was very nice and helped my daughter!

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

I scheduled an appointment the morning of my visit. It was easy to get the appointment. And what a delight seeing Ms. Nina. She is absolutely beautiful inside and out. And she’s smart and has the best bedside manner. I will always use this facility. Awesome place to go when you aren’t feeling well. Thanx so much.

Had a very itchy response on my arm to a shingrix vaccine. Waited in a spotless room for a short period of time for a friendly & professional tech & NP. I was given a treatment which is helping to resolve the issue. I would definitely go back to your facility. My only complaint is the doors are not automatic & are heavy & cumbersome to hold while pushing my mother in her wheelchair.

Periodic diverticulitis attacks. Nurse Practitioner offered anti-biotics which solved the problem. Staff was excellent I would you recommend this provider.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen
