Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

I had a good experience visiting them with my 11-year-old it was sick right away. I said he was wheezing have problems with his asthma right away. They took him in. I thought that was a plus I recommend them. They are very professional, thank you.🙏🏻

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Staff was very helpful and the doctor was very helpful and thorough.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.
