I woke up this morning with a sore throat, I arrived and check in was super easy. Staff was friendly, I had to wait a little longer but it was much easier than making an appointment at my doctors office and having to wait days. This was quicker and easier, highly recommend!

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Woke up with stuffy nose, booked an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!
