I woke up this morning with a sore throat, I arrived and check in was super easy. Staff was friendly, I had to wait a little longer but it was much easier than making an appointment at my doctors office and having to wait days. This was quicker and easier, highly recommend!

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

My daughter woke up with a sore throat, and I was able to book an appointment that same morning. It was super easy to book, the check in process was smooth, the location is convenient, and we were out of there in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

I came in to receive a sports physical and this office offered great service throughout my whole experience there. I was able to call ahead of time and receive all the information I needed. The wait time was small and everyone was friendly, respectful and attentive to my needs.

The staff is great. They help me how to put in my information on my phone and got the proper treatment I needed to get. All I can say is a 10 out of 10, I would definitely come back in the future.

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. I spent the Thanksgiving holiday coughing my way through dinner and promised my daughter I would get care right afterwards. AFC Urgent Care is easier and quicker than seeing my PCP.  I was early and expected to wait, but they took me right in. The medical assistant took my vitals and the physician came in soon afterwards. She was very friendly and thorough, and answered my questions about possible drug interactions. I was out and in my car about ten minutes after my scheduled  appointment time.

Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. Instead, I was in and out in less than one hour. Thank you so much and happy new year!
