Been having a fever and nausea. Didn't have to wait long. Everyone so caring. Given something for nausea and felt better in 10 minutes. I always have great experience there.

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

The nurse and doctor were very kind, helpful and thorough.  Different than usual Dr that’s there, she actually listened and didn’t talk over you when you were describing pain and issues.  They were both very helpful.

Robles Estefany doctor was very, very polite and listened to me carefully and immediately knew what was wrong with me and gave me very good advice... I had a great experience with that doctor, next time I will seek her out again.

The Nutley location was amazing. They were able to get me in, tested for Covid, flu, RSV, and strep, in a matter of 30 minutes, the medical assistant and doctor were so friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

I came in to receive a sports physical and this office offered great service throughout my whole experience there. I was able to call ahead of time and receive all the information I needed. The wait time was small and everyone was friendly, respectful and attentive to my needs.

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.
