My eye was almost swollen shut from poison ivy, so I went in. She told me right off there would probably be around a 45 minute wait because of two other cases there, which I appreciated being told up front! Mine wasn’t an emergency so it was fine. When it was my turn to go in, it was only a few minutes before the doctor came in...They were so nice (and I wish I was better with remembering names) and the doctor made sure everything else was ok and wasn’t rushing me through. I would recommend this place....I appreciated their kindness and efficiency!

I would like to send a huge thank you to Jen! This wonderful lady spent over an hour and a half trying to relieve my ear pain due to a terrible wax issue!!!! She was so professional and determined! This place was by far the best place I have been to, I went to 6 other places that said they couldnt help me. They jumped to help me with services even though they was booked solid. They are a blessing! Fast friendly service!! The staff was amazing!!!

I have been going to Mercy Stat Care since I was a teenager. I'm now 32. They have always been fast always been friendly and treated me with respect. Dr. Dang is such a sweetheart.Only problem I have with them is the other doctors are disrespectful. They need more like Dr Dang.
