IMO her critical thinking skills were awesome. It was obvious she really cared. I was so lucky to find Atmed. We were from out of town, so we were not sure what we would get. I've had to visit urgent care for various ailments, and every time, I have received compassionate care. They take patients' safety seriously - as an immunocompromised patient, I've always felt secure about the cleanliness of the facility and the sanitary protocols are followed by staff well. Hopefully that won't change now that they've teamed up with UMass; UMass hospitals are a horror show, esp. Memorial in Worc. BIG MRSA problem there but they hide it from the patients!

Facility was very clean, and the staff were all very professional while still being warm and attentive. Been here more than once and will keep coming back.

This was the fastest I’ve ever been taken care of and treated at an urgent care. Came in for stomach issues, within two hours I had been seen, had some testing done, and was hooked up to IV. This would’ve taken over 5 hours had I gone anywhere else, compliments to the Nurse who did my IV (I had never gotten one before) she had an amazing personality and made everything seamless and comfortable
