Book an STD Test in Melissa, TX

Check in, triage, and provider did not introduce themselves. I was seen a long time after my appointment with no acknowledgement of my wait time. I understand you may not be able to tell me why I’m waiting, but it made me question why I booked an appointment and was told to be there early. My prescription was printed instead of being sent to my requested pharmacy I put on my paperwork and advised the provider of. The phlebotomist Jose was very quick and kind tho, and the lab draw was painless. He introduced himself and communicated well

Made an appointment online but had to wait about 45 minutes. This was due to a provider not showing at a different location and extra patients being seen. Otherwise went smoothly. I saw someone I have seen before which is nice. I would recommend her. Already feeling better today.

Took my son in for cough and congestion. The staff at both locations are always pleasant!

I recently moved and can not find my medicine, I reached out to the doctor bc I know her from my weightloss journey, she told me to get in to see her so I did. She as always took well care of me and my needs and so blessed to have her in my life.

Only thing I didn’t like was I’m sure yall think I was another person with my same name and changed the information. Kinda worried because added all of my information and insurance card. Even when I tried saying that’s not the right Eduardo Perez but felt ignored about it

Same day scheduling was super easy, and all personnel were friendly, efficient and very competent!  Highly recommend!!!

Two weeks earlier I had pulled/strained my back muscles. After two weeks of pain and limited mobility, I decided it was time to seek medical help. On Friday, I called my PCP but she did not have any openings. I then called NextCare Urgent Care for an appointment. Check in was easy and on time. My provider explained everything in detail and was understanding. I would definitely recommend this provider.

Had been having sinus issues for a few weeks and no over the counter meds were helping. I was able to make an appointment quickly online and get in same day. Staff was friendly and understanding of me being so tired and sensitive to light due to sinus pressure. I was able to get the meds I needed and am feeling better.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
