Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

Was sent home from school with 101.4 temperature the day before.   Temperature kept rising and it hurt to breathe, laugh or cough.   Since I’m asthmati, I knew it was either bronchitis or pleurisy which I get every winter.   A coworker raved about this place so I dropped in!   Not disappointed!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and thorough.

I went and put in the description of what was wrong and the physician I seen knew she couldn’t see me but the Manager said she had to see me. The physician could not touch the area because she is not the cardiologist that put the device in. So basically it was a waste of my money being seen there because nothing could be done.

Called the center as a walk in and was able to schedule an appointment right away! All staff were friendly from the desk receptionist to the nursing/doctor staff. I was treated fairly and with care and all of my concerns were addressed properly. Wait times may vary depending on the time and day as I went after work around 5:30pm, but everything was quick between the paperwork and the visit! I would definitely recommend this location and I will be returning in the future if need be!

I walked in on Thanksgiving morning and saw the doctor with no delay or problem.  I didn’t have an appt. I was very pleased at how fast the process was and the attentiveness of the staff and doctor.  So happy to know they are close by!

Second time to go with flu symptoms. I scheduled easily on line and staff were patient and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription called into my drugstore.

Went in complaining ivy a severe stomach pain. Dr Adedayo was so so concerned she and the lady at the front desk were so helpful. Dr Adedayo adviced that I call the ambulance if I still feel pain when I get home, even insisted I had a scan done. Finally went to the ER and had a surgery, she and her team kept calling to check up on me, never had any urgent care call to check up on my so I was glad to hear from them. Such an amazing team. Thank you Dr Adedayo and your team. Sure will recommend them

No one wants to get a call about their child needing x-rays due to a fall, but very grateful we were seen very quickly and able to get x-ray results within minutes.

This is my go to place when I get sick! Quick in and out and staff is wonderful!

check in process was relatively easy. The staff was super friendly and service was quick!

Had a procedure done. Cyst was opening up and drained, packed. Came back the next day for repacking. All went super well. Great Doctors and staff.

I made an appointment quickly, was seen within 5 minutes of arrival, and had great medical care. I’ve used NextCare Urgent Care many times and have been very satisfied. I do recommend this provider.

I decided to see a medical professional after 3 days of sore throat, sinus pain, ear pain, and mucous. Making the appointment online was super easy. There was no wait at my appointment time. I was seen and tended to in a timely manner with a diagnosis and prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. I would highly recommend the HEB Rapid Clinic.

They are very good with my kids. This is the only place I'd go if I can't get an appointment with my kids Dr.
