This was my best experience ever at any Urgent Care. Great customer service by all the staff!

I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning and had a good experience with staff at all levels. Definitely would recommend this clinic and plan to use them again if needed.

It was somewhat difficult to schedule an appointment online. After I had picked a time, filled out the information and rechecked the form it said that time was no longer available. Did this twice. Called directly and was put on the waiting list. They text me when it was my turn, with enough lead time to make it to the office and only had to wait 10 minutes or so. All went smoothly from there. I would recommend doing it how I did especially if you are uncomfortable in the waiting room setting.

First time going to this place for pain. The whole process from check in to being seen was superb. Everyone was friendly and caring. Highly recommend this place.

I had came in around 3:30 pm for a check up, they were able to schedule me for 6:10 pm. I came back, they got me in right away. Receptionist was very sweet, CMA was very attentive and sweet. The provider was very thorough and caring. They did not waste any time. Would definitely recommend Stadium District Indigo Urgent Care

I have a hx of sinus infections and knew this was an ongoing one I couldn’t shake. Explained to dr who knew to put me on a stronger antibiotic and nasal spray.  I always receive great care here.

Woke up with a sore throat and cough. Called to see if I could get in.  When I arrived was put on the waiting list.  Wasn’t too bad a wait, maybe an hour.

The staff were amazingly kind, supportive, skilled in nursing and quick to resolve all my issues.  It was a pleasure to have them backreact the way they did. Thank you and God bless you all.

Walked in with my mom for UTI.  Was told there was about 2 hour wait.  We waited in vehicle and got text they were ready.  I don’t think we even waited an hour.  Great service, very friendly, fast but very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I went in because I've had a sore throat and fever all week and have been exposed to my live in partner who came down with strep. He had gone in and the instant test was negative, but a week later the lab came back positive. I told them all this. My lab was also negative. Well, thanks to a mix up where they'd entered my name with an error, the lab discarded my test results and wouldn't process them. I spent all morning today using my sore throat to argue with them. They wanted me to come back and re-test... I don't have energy to keep going to the doctor and spending all day for things I did yesterday. The whole thing is ridiculous... what a waste of time.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Loved the snacks upfront!   All staff very kind and accommodating.   Barbie is the best; conservative where it’s appropriate, ordering an X-ray to check for pneumonia potential with my 7-yr old.

Excellent experience. Front desk and intake staff were friendly and efficient. Clinician was thorough and explained her recommendations clearly. This is my second visit. No scheduled appointments were available, so I joined the waiting list and went home. I was notified that my turn was coming up when it was time to return to the clinic, then was seen promptly...very convenient.

Bonney Lake Indigo is truly top of the line care. Dr Leanne is so compassionate and carrying. Eliminating all possible reasons before deciding on a conclusion.  The MA’s are always a pleasure as well.

Had allergic reaction that wouldnt go away and walked in and was able to get seen and my face stopped itching. Very thankful for that.
