I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

I don’t have a primary care doctor so I’m glad they were able to see me and take care of my needs

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

So convenient to go on the phone app and find an appointment! Got in early and I don't think I waited 5 minutes before I was taken back. Was in and out in probably 15 minutes or less with a prescription sent to my Pharmacy.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The place was nice and neat and quick.

Had an eye concern from a cold! Took care of my concern as hoped! Thank you very much!

I had scheduled an appointment after work, I was checked in quickly with the online set up, then called back and triaged, Provider came, got an xray, Provider set up a care plan and done, overall about 45 minutes. Everyone was nice and efficient.

Please make a note of the following text: "The overall scheduling process was great, as usual. The check-in process met the usual high standards with friendly front desk staff. The nurses were good. However, the doctor who saw me for only 30 to 40 seconds seemed disinterested and uncaring. He didn't seem to put in any effort and barely listened to me when I tried to explain how sick I was feeling. I didn't even get the chance to tell him about my episodes of cold sweats, trembling, cramps, and nausea. He walked in and out of the room while I was still talking. He refused to consider the possibility that I might have been exposed to something dangerous. I have always been more than happy with Indigo; they have some of the most impressive people I've ever met in the medical field. As a CNA and a massage therapist for 30 years, that says a lot! If this were my first experience, I would be on Yelp, Google, etc. Warning everyone to stay away and avoid, if possible, the whole organization! I would recommend that you not allow your wonderful reputation to be destroyed by this person!"

I’m satisfied with my visit. It was easy to schedule, check in was convenient, staff was very nice and helpful and the care was very good and helpful!  Very encouraging as well, which aides in your belief from your diagnosis to how you proceed in your aftercare!  👍🏾🙏🏿

Scheduling on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment was convenient & easy. Upon arrival, check-in was a breeze as they already had me in their system; wait-time was minimal & all staff were professional & friendly. The Doctor was thorough & clearly explained my condition; prescriptions were sent to my preferred pharmacy immediately & available the same day. Definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo in Uptown Gig Harbor.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Easy to schedule, staff was helpful and very friendly, got seen fast, all around great place.

Was able to schedule online and for a time that worked best for me. Also was able to fill out questionnaire online in advance, which saved time.
