They explained and were attentive to my questions. Will not hestitate next time to go earlier and get some help! Spent hours waiting for primary healthcare to respond! Please make a note of the following text: "The overall scheduling process was great, as usual. The check-in process met the usual high standards with friendly front desk staff. The nurses were good. However, the doctor who saw me for only 30 to 40 seconds seemed disinterested and uncaring. He didn't seem to put in any effort and barely listened to me when I tried to explain how sick I was feeling. I didn't even get the chance to tell him about my episodes of cold sweats, trembling, cramps, and nausea. He walked in and out of the room while I was still talking. He refused to consider the possibility that I might have been exposed to something dangerous. I have always been more than happy with Indigo; they have some of the most impressive people I've ever met in the medical field. As a CNA and a massage therapist for 30 years, that says a lot! If this were my first experience, I would be on Yelp, Google, etc. Warning everyone to stay away and avoid, if possible, the whole organization! I would recommend that you not allow your wonderful reputation to be destroyed by this person!"

The side of my right foot has been giving me trouble and I have an appointment with a podiatrist but needed to see someone sooner so came to your clinic and made an appointment and came the next day and was waited on very promptly and efficiently had x-rays and out in a reasonable amount of time ! Everyone is friendly and nice. In fact, I was offered water twice!!! I felt that Michael Taylor the NP really knew his stuff! I would recommend your clinic to other people

Ran out of prescription meds 2 weeks before my new Primary Care Physician appointment. Went to Indigo Urgent care for help. Stellar staff particularly Medical Assistant Meghan. Walk-in wait time of 1-2 hours turned out to be 20 minutes. Dr. Calvin Yi was super friendly and took great care of me. Wonderful experience! Super grateful and I highly recommend.

Been dealing with sinus drainage and pain. Had already visited my doctors office a couple days earlier. Still not feeling very good on Saturday so visited Urgent Care. I so appreciated and thankful the care and concern I received on my visit on Nov. 16, 2024.  Thankful because I was referred me to the ER at St. Michael where my problem was recognized and immediately addressed and treated.    I would definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care Poulsbo.

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

Scheduling on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment was convenient & easy. Upon arrival, check-in was a breeze as they already had me in their system; wait-time was minimal & all staff were professional & friendly. The Doctor was thorough & clearly explained my condition; prescriptions were sent to my preferred pharmacy immediately & available the same day. Definitely recommend MultiCare Indigo in Uptown Gig Harbor.
