My prescription was never called into my pharmacy and after 24 hours I just decided to buy something over-the-counter

I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

Feeling like I have strep throat. I was able to schedule quickly and when I arrived I was tended to immediately. Very friendly staff and Dr was great! If you live in the area and need fast effective care I would definitely recommend Carbon Health.

Scheduling was great. Wish we didn’t have to wait as long... It was over 40 minutes from our appointment time until we saw a provider.

Had to check the kids’ coughs before letting them go back to school. Great visit and loved Dr. Dan!!! Easy scheduling, clean office, nice front desk staff and no wait. Would def go back.

This new staff is amazing my daughter was properly diagnosed for RSV and further diagnosed for the need of antibiotics. Now for 2 days she’s doing better. Thank you again

My husband needed stitches removed. Your office put them in a week prior and we went to get them removed.  Everything was great at both visits.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

The ME was great. Excellent communication about the process and made me feel at ease. The receptionist... not so much. Not friendly at all.

The staff at MultiCare Indigo clinic, in Issaquah, are incredible! In such a dire time the team at Indigo came to my rescue. They worked with haste and fought for my well being. My daughter had a bump on her wrist that was bothering her. Scheduling was easy, wait time was good and her exam was great. The nurses were extremely nice, the doctor answered all our questions and helped our daughter. My daughter said the doctor was nice, answered her questions and made her laugh! 9/10

I have a hx of sinus infections and knew this was an ongoing one I couldn’t shake. Explained to dr who knew to put me on a stronger antibiotic and nasal spray.  I always receive great care here.
