But a called anyway to see and they just said not to worry and come on in and have them take a look, it was really fast and easy. Online scheduling with txt msg reminder was easy and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward, they let me know right away what is covered. I waited about 8 minutes in total before o saw the PA and she was very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was able to get a Telehealth appointment the same day from the awesome front desk scheduling ladies (thank you) and the doctor was able to update my my referrals right away. The front desk people immediately sent my referrals to be processed. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants high quality, immediate service!

They entire staff at Carbon was incredibly helpful, efficient and caring. Got me in and out quickly with terrific care. Highly recommend if you are needing an urgent care!

I thought the office was clean and well staffed. The online check-in is easy to follow. The wait time was reasonable, considering the number of people there. I thought the PA I saw was very good. The only problem was that the staff never sent the prescription to my pharmacy and since it was over the holidays, everything was closed at their office so I could not ask them to resend it. I was not able to start the prescription right away, which was disappointing.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Made my appointment same day and everything from check in to my departure was great! The team at the Cypress location is always pleasant, efficient and friendly I highly recommend them!! Thank you!

I had a carbuncle IYKYK. The Doctor I saw specialized in dermatology. She was amazing. Her bedside manner was friendly and approachable. The procedure was painful but she managed my pain well.

Amazing, so quick and helpful. Took the time to hear my ailments and talk through all of my treatment options. Will come back anytime I am not feeling well.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
