I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment only to be placed behind people that literally just walked in to the office. I understand that stuff was backed up but if I already had an appointment set up that should’ve been honored. Nobody had severe burns or some crazy injury. Yet I was sitting there with a 102 fever for 2 hours till they finally called my name. Also seemed like the nurses checking me in were more on top of things than the actual doctor that walked in and walked me out (basically pushing me out) in the span of 2 minutes.  Aside from that the actual front staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had.

We went to the one by our house and the line was 2 hours long, they let us know of one that was 8 minutes away with less of a wait time. We went to that one and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable

Quick easy dr was amazing and so was the staff. I will definitely go back there.

Ease of scheduling, checking was ease , right from the front desk team to the doctor were professional in nature .

Doctor Rogers Peter is an amazing doctor. He listened carefully to my concerns and provided excellent care. The staff was friendly caring and helpful.I would highly recommend the doctor to anyone.

Appointment could not have gone any better. Great service and in and out in under 15 minutes with a prescription called into my local pharmacy.

Our visit was great Took my 2 nieces to get checked. Even tho we were walk ins they were seen fast. Staff was great great customer service. Im glad I brought them here Will tell my sister so she can continue their visits here. I recommend this place for your medical care Dr was amazing

My visit today was really good. I was pleasantly surprised to see an opening for today. Of course I took it, the wait time wasn’t too bad considering that it is an urgent care and can sometimes take time. But it went by fast and I was able to make it in time to pick up my child. Thank you staff and provider for being on top of things.

I felt so sick and nearest urgent care that my insurance cover was Marque Urgent care in Fontana. I rebooked my appointment online with easy access, and waiting time was short, from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were super kind and effective. Clinic was spotless clean, very well maintained. Thank you for making me feel better with your care.

No line ,i got doctors care and took my COVID test

I came in at 5pm off the streets in severe pain and Dr. RITTER gave me excellent care and more knowledge in one session than my current Doctor did in 4 months! Think he's great and would recommend all clients in pain to see him. Thanks D.G.
