Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

I had a very good experience. I want to thank everyone at PhysicianOne for their highly professional care and treatment of me.

I was looking for a Covid test and this place has it their staff was so nice and friendly

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Easy schedule, in and out , no wait time very knowledgeable doctor on site and the MA Linette and Jimelys were amazing!! Definitely recommend.

Scheduling the appt was easy.  The check-in process is so tedious. Having to go through health histories of grandparents, parents , siblings and children EVERY TIME is just annoying.  Nothing about their histories has changed since the last time I was there; nor does it have anything to do with my sinus infection!  Fix this.

Went suspecting I had a mild concussion. Luckily, after an examination, that did not seem to be the case, but the Doctor gave me advice on what symptoms to look out for, who to follow up with (spoiler: a neurologist), and where to find further online resource groups. As a nice bonus, their waiting room staff was just as friendly as always. Docs Stamford has been my go-to for general medical issues for quite a while, and they've yet to disappoint!

The doctor was very good.   The nurse was good but a little bit too newsy in my opinion.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way
