Staff is friendly, thorough, and takes time to listen and explain. I’ve had labs, xrays, throat swabs, and always felt good about my experience. Rooms could use some updating but that is all cosmetic. Treatment has been excellent.

This location was the most efficient and friendly Urgent care my husband and I experienced out of a few here in Aberdeen! We came in 6 mins before close with our feverish infant son. We were hesitant because we knew they were getting ready to close and felt that they would be less than willing to help because we would delay their closing. Not the case at all. Amber and The NP Katy Garnett were amazing! Check in to discharge was less than 1.5hrs and they were very welcoming and attentive to our child! Since then we do not hesitate to go to this location whenever we have an issue! Definitely our go to because of those two young ladies!
