          Scheduling  appointment online was easy and very convenient.  Upon entering the clinic staff was friendly and made you feel welcome.   The doctor and nurse were very detail oriented and appreciate hothorough.  Kind and compassionate.  Patients have to trust the doctor and care and I felt like she listened to my concerns and were addressed.  Excellent experience.

          The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly.           The room number 4 smelled like wet dogs. The doctor has very less experience, she doesn’t have to know everything but she needed to google more before to meet with patients. The front desk woman was nice when we checked in and out.

          My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.
