I recommend this clinic. Scheduling was easy, I was seen right away at my appointment time, PCR test results were back in 15 minutes instead of 1 week. Staff, nurse, doctor are professional and respectful.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

I came in for traumatic hip pain. Dr. Ramaseshan got me into X-ray right away. Was very thorough on my physical exam. He put me at ease and I feel confident in his treatment.

Set up a last minute appt have covid testing since I wasn't feeling well. The staff came out quickly and administered the test quickly. Waited 15 minutes with a negative result. Now just waiting on my email with further results from the lab. Definitely would recommend.

Needed to be seen on a Sunday morning. Made an appointment online & completed paperwork at the same time. They were very friendly & efficient! Got a lot of work done in a very short period of time. Extremely accommodating staff from reception to doc & checkout. I would definitely recommend!

Staff was very kind and great. They made check-in a breeze. I’m not sure 100% the situation but check-in was extremely long. Altogether I spent pretty close to two hours here when my wait time said only one person was ahead of me waiting.The fact someone who came in after me was seen before me was frustrating. I had to wait a while in the exam room too. Other than that I felt like I received great care!

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

I did not have an appointment and was still seen in a very timely manner. Our nurse Mark was very friendly and understanding to our situation, he made us feel calm and stress free.
