My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. I saw my primary on Thursday for the same condition (at a health system considered the premier in the mid-Atlantic region). They did no tests and prescribed no remedy. Today (Saturday) came here. They sorted me out and scheduled future tests. So, they solved my issues.

Woke up this morning with sum of vertigo. Walked in without an appointment. Wait time was estimated by staff to be 45 - 60 minutes. Check in staff were very friendly & helpful. Waited about 45 minutes in waiting area & was called into exam room. Staff was friendly & asked all the necessary questions, did blood pressure, temp & pulse oz. Doctor came in & listened to my symptoms & provided a thorough exam. Explained their diagnosis & submitted my prescriptions to my pharmacy. My overall experience was 5 stat except for the long wait time to be seen but understandable due to be a Sunday afternoon & arriving 75 minutes before closing.

Short wait time which was great, quick and easy visit ! Considering that it’s the holiday season I thought it was going to be tough but it was good my son was able to be seen and treated quickly.

My son was taken care with a lot of respect and care. The Staff was very kind. Front Desk Super. I’m very happy because that is what we need people with a lot of empathy .

I came in to receive a sports physical and this office offered great service throughout my whole experience there. I was able to call ahead of time and receive all the information I needed. The wait time was small and everyone was friendly, respectful and attentive to my needs.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

The Nutley location was amazing. They were able to get me in, tested for Covid, flu, RSV, and strep, in a matter of 30 minutes, the medical assistant and doctor were so friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

Although knowledgeable, I do not feel I received the same level of care as in previous visit with other Dr.
