On Sunday morning I decided to seek care for a finger I pricked with a wire accident a few days earlier which became infected. I made an online appointment for the am and went to the clinic. I was told it’s a walk-in clinic so appointment time may not be precise if others have arrived. There was only one person ahead of me so my wait time was less than 15 min. Intake and visit with Dr was professional and efficient. Thank you.

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

Had sore throat for a week, suspected strep. Dr agreed, strep test within 5 mins and got antibiotics, a printed list and Dr note for employer. Quick and easy, in and out.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. I was visiting my son and his family and became sick after babysitting my sick grandchild. I knew my body was telling me to see a doctor so I visited the American Family Care. The best move I made. Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the Vanessa, John, and the Dr. Alexa were so warm and caring. I was in and out in half hour, and that was with a short staff I highly recommend this provider.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.
