Called Live Urgent Care Bordentown they scheduled me within an hour of my call, I was in and out in about 15 minutes and called my prescription in promptly! Made a day-of appointment and received prompt, great care.  I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and had my prescription ready within a half hour.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!
