This was my first time to TriCore in Edgewood. I wish I knew the technician name, it was on Jan 21, 2022 a little after 9:30am, screen 2, this guy was fantastic! He was very friendly, easy to talk to, calmed my nerves before I knew it he was done drawing my blood. Just a little prick, which is normal and absolutely no bruising afterwards. I really hope the next time I have to get blood drawn, I get him again. Other than that, it was a very clean place. No one works at the front window, walk in, take a ticket and wait for your number to be called. The day I was there it was not a long wait, maybe 5 minutes or less.

Fast, friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Got seen and treated quickly. Very happy with their medical service.

I am so sick. Went here and was given excellent care. The nurse was excellent and the nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, kind, and humorous. I needed that! I’ve got the bad flu and they put me on fluids. I feel better.

I called back trying to see if I could have that doctor be my primary care doctor because the care was so great.

I was seen at this urgent care clinic by nurse practitioner “Nellie” and registered by Jessica. My daughter made the appointment and we were to be seen in an hour. Ms. Nellie diagnosed my shingles and treated me for same. I cannot thank her enough for her care as I had been misdiagnosed at another PHS clinic in Clovis. I was tired everyday and felt so discouraged as there is no time to go to a doctor these days when I take care of an elderly relative. I was even thinking the end must be near for me Oh! what a relief to be able to walk right into this well organized clinic —so vested in top notch Doctors —providing me immediate, and the best in quality care, and the Trinity care doctors gave immediate assurance and the assurance that antibiotics would work. They did!! Thank you for being there for people pressed for time and I liken you to the old time country doctors that genuinely care!!

This is my favorite place to receive care. The wait time is normal, quality of care is EXCELENT, and I love the staff!
