I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The staff and the doctor was very nice and understanding

I had to get a physical for employment and the nurse practitioner did pretty good job doing my physical and informed me that I should  get my MMR updated to be safe that I still have immunity. The staff was respectful.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Dr Turner's bedside manner is um something - but always grateful to have an Urgent Care in my neighborhood

Checking in and scheduling was a breeze. Unfortunately this location is understaffed because it took the Dr almost 3 hours to see me. Once they were in the exam room with me they were very kind and helped me with my health issue.
