Very quick process and very friendly.

I was in and out quickly and the staff were very helpful

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Had a 12:30 appointment, was on time and wasn’t taken until 1:15. Saw someone come in before and leave after me without an appointment. Otherwise the care was great.

Being seen was quick and thorough. My diagnosis and treatment was spot on. I was feeling better immediately after take the prescribed medication.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Woke up this morning feeling like i had a UTI, i made a appointment for 4:15pm. I decided to take a chance a walk in at 3pm. They took me right away, and all were nice and pleasant.

My daughter came in with a sprained ankle and needed an xray. Everyone was so nice, caring and compassionate towards her, while also being extremely sufficient and professional.

I am extremely happy with west Islip urgent care the Dr and staff are amazing and friendly ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

I have an urgent care in my town but always love coming to this location. Surpasses all the urgent cares in the area. They are always kind, helpful, and shorter wait times.

I will say, time and time again, this is my go to place for any kind of testing. I never have to wait, I usually schedule a day or two before and am often seen early due to no one being there. Staff and providers are super friendly, helpful, and extremely quick with what they need to do which allows for less time waiting in the exam rooms. Testing is also extremely fast, I have gotten tests before and then have heard back a day later. Will recommend to anyone looking for quick access to medical care.
