The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

My second appointment. She knows how to aggressively treat my infections and the dangers they pose for someone with RA. I was so impressed I asked her to be my primary.

This is the only clinic I go to! Excellent care and staff!!!! Always!

Always rely on Rapid Care to diagnose and treat my symptoms...woke up with fever and congestion...Dr Fieldsmith saw me right away and gave me test results and antibiotics for congestion...always highly recommend Rapid Care!!!

Checked in online with no problems. Had a short wait and then taken care of. Everybody was friendly and very attentive to my problem. Clearly explained what my treatment and prescriptions would be. Great Care. I will go back anytime I need Urgent Care.

Awesome doc. My kid had a arm pain , Got scheduled immediately. Went to the doc, she diagnosed well and all sorted in 30 mins.

Basic sinus infection, Dr. was friendly and great bedside manner.

Came was promptly greeted and registered. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that it was cold and the music was anything but soothing

Wait time could have been shorter, especially since I was the first appointment of the day. The parking lot and waiting room were empty, yet I still waited about 30 minutes before being triaged. The front desk staff was helpful but not particularly warm—polite enough, but certainly not friendly. Apple Pay should be fixed for patient convenience; it’s a small but important detail. The triage practitioner mirrored the front desk experience: efficient and thorough but lacked warmth—almost robotic. The final practitioner was a bit better, with slightly more emotional awareness and positive affect, though still nothing remarkable. Overall, the experience was fine. However, when you’re not feeling well, it would go a long way to receive warm, friendly, and timely care—especially as the very first patient of the day!

Brought my son in due to an injury he had at school. Got check-in right away. Very professional and easy to understand. My son feels so much better now

The NP was great! Very thorough! Answered all questions.  Very friendly staff.

PA was amazing. I was very stressed out about my daughter’s allergic reaction. She answered all my questions and concerns. Also calmed my daughter down in a moment for distressed.

Scheduling was super easy. There was no waiting to be seen and all the staff were very friendly.
