Scheduled Annual Flu Shot.  Arrived. 5 min early, completed 1 page info as requested. Waited 5 min, called to back, received shot! Easy, quick, efficient!!

Nurses and NP were amazing, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. It was so obvious even my children noticed her attitude and ugly demeanor.

Woke up on yesterday, felt very weak after Throwing up, stomach/chest pain, diarrhea plus fever and chills. Along with nose & head congestion.  My whole experience was great in the office from the front desk to the nurse and the Doctor Who were also accommodating to my needs and I’m so thankful that I came in because I really really needed medication. Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long. Once inside the staff continues the great service they hear my concerns for why I brought my child in.  They do all necessary checks for my child’s symptoms they are the best. Thank you.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
