          I woke up and the side of my face was swollen, under my eye and down my jawline.  Made an appointment online, staff was nice and very accommodating.  A little wait for the Dr. but that was okay because he was able to diagnose the problem and explained what was needed to get better.

          This place used to be super fast.  And I have had it be slow…. But today took it to a whole new level.  We waited with an appointment in the waiting room for over an  hour and a half.  (The receptionist said they were about 30 min behind).   We walked out 2.5 hours after we arrive.  Normally I love this place because the waits are not horrible.  Apparently they had one Dr. and one nurse working and the receptionist.  Everyone was very friendly, and I could tell they were working, but waiting an hour and a half after your appointment was way too long.

          The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

          This was the 3rd time we have visited your office. The staff and Dr. Kimberly are amazing. Very caring and informative. They all focus on my son and ensure that myself and wife are ok with the treatment. Plus they take to time to follow up with us to see how our son is feeling and doing. Not many places will do that.           Booked an appointment for 8:20 and fell asleep. Got there 10 minutes late and they were so relaxed about it. I didn’t have to wait long and was out of there in 30 minutes. The whole staff I interacted with was wonderful.
