I couldn't get an appointment booker anywhere for the same day so I booked an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. I got there around 2:25 and checked in for my 2:30 appointment. I waited and didn't get taken back to my room until about 3.

Had an eye problem, lots of tearing, wanted to make sure it wasn't bacterial. All were attentive, and efficient. Would use this group again.

This new staff is amazing my daughter was properly diagnosed for RSV and further diagnosed for the need of antibiotics. Now for 2 days she’s doing better. Thank you again

Went in for issues with a caugh and sinus infection and pinkeye. Care for everything went very well. Staff including the doctor were very professional and friendly and efficient.  Medication was ready and waiting at the pharmacy when we got there and before we knew it we were at home resting.  Thank you and we will definitely recommend.

My prescription was never called into my pharmacy and after 24 hours I just decided to buy something over-the-counter

Jasmine, Sharlita (?), Bryan, and the other person we interacted with were all noticeably friendly and kind. Maybe it is no longer common practice for medical providers to sanitize or wash their hands when they come into the examination room? No one did that.

All 4 items listed above I rate as excellent. Quality of care and friendly staff were just great!

My husband needed stitches removed. Your office put them in a week prior and we went to get them removed.  Everything was great at both visits.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

Had sore throat for 2 weeks thought I would get it checked out ended up being a viral infection and strep throat. Staff was amazing and very kind. I thoroughly got checked out and was treated with complete respect. I will use this clinic in the future should I need to.
