I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was there on Sunday morning March 1st at approximately 10am. I had booked a spot on line as I was having abdominal pain. The wait time was short, the office personnel were great and the initial technician was kind, compassionate and friendly. The Doctor on duty at that site was simply fantastic, understood my problem immediately and set up a immediate referral to St. Joseph hospital emergency room services as suspected appendicitis. Her referral to the hospital made my service in the emergency room quick, professional and compassionate. Within an hour of being in the emergency room, I was diagnosed through a CT Scan of having a ruptured appendix and immediately scheduled for emergency surgery. The Doctor on site at the Water’s Ave. site in Tampa saved me from having serious complications and helped me greatly understand what had happened and how serious it really was. There is simply no way to thank her enough.
