Each time I go there everyone is so pleasant I moved to the other side of town but still go to the mini er. The chairs and set up are much better. I would recommend putting a chair next to the check in for those not able to stand for a bit of time. Just an observation. Just because the front desk person does not check people in it would still be nice to get greeted in a welcoming manner. I want you to keep the friendly high standards up.
