Quick and easy online booking, friendly staff and providers, and got me on my way with a Paxlovid scrip in less than an hour from the time I walked in. Plus, this seems to be an independent group (only 2 other locations in Chicagoland) rather than a big chain, which is always a plus to me. Would recommend.

Here for the first time with my 15th year old daughter. Great service the doctor nice and friendly and most of all great communication and comprehensive from the doctor. Had no appointment we did a walk in.

Everyone was wonderful from front desk, to X-ray tech, to physician. The care was great.  The only thing I didn’t understand was why you have no durable supplies , like ask arm sling, which for the cost of the visit, should have been included.  I would highly recommends Urgi Care to my family and friends.

The receptionist and PA that was there today (2/20/2019)were great and amazing! My only complaint was that the nurse on staff today was not so warm and welcoming let alone have 1 smile on her face . Other than her I was very happy with our visit today .

This new medication has allowed the bite infection to open up, finally.

Everything about my visit was a great experience ~ will absolutely return to this location in future.

I came in with a UTI, and Linda prescribed an antibiotic. She was very knowledgeable and communicated her thoughts abd opinions to me in a way I understood.

I'm on vacation from out of state and needed to see a doctor. This place was outstanding. The staff are super friendly. I made an appointment and there was no wait!

Went for Covid test. Service could not have been more professional and friendly I highly recommend them.

Our appointment was efficient and thorough and the staff was top notch!

My daughter had an injury to her eye late at night. We tried booking an appt with 3 other 24/hr online immediate cares, but none of them had availability. We then tried Rapid Immediate Care. It worked out, they had the earliest available appt. They were able to check her in, inspect her eye injury, give her pain drop for her eye, and order antibiotic in time for her to make it to summer class and not be late. The staff were decent and friendly, good bedside manner. Seemed relatively knowledgeable. Her eye is now on the mend. I have worked in immediate cares and acute care settings in the past myself. In my opinion, this location is better organized and functioning than most immediate care settings I've been to. It certainly beats waiting 7 hrs in an ER, and the quality of care has been good overall, at least for all the times we've been there in the past (strep covid, sore throats, pains). The only reason I didn't contact them first this time, the drive is further away than other locations.

Front desk person was dry …but the rest of the staff was amazing & this is the 2nd time coming here…different front desk coordinator was much more pleasant ….overall i like this location
