The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

I was concerned about the blisters that started appearing on the left side of my chin and ear so I requested on line for an appointment. The link was easy to follow so within a few minutes I was able to secure an appointment. The receptionist was very professional and courteous. So also were the nurse and the physician. It felt like I went to my regular physician’s office. Definitely, I will recommend Fast Track to anyone that needs their services.

The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

This urgent care never disappoints. Grateful for good staff, quality care, fast results and clean atmosphere.

Due to no fault of their own it just took a while cause their systems were a little slow but they were very kind and helpful

Juan the nurse is absolutely outstanding! What a charm and efficiency! The receptionist needs to be better though. She was literally falling asleep and gave wrong answers to clear questions. Nurse Practitioner who examined my children when out of her way and exceeded my needs. I’m greatly thankful!! 🥹

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.
