This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. I've had a head cold for 3 weeks without relief. I had done an e-visit and a virtual through my primary office. I will say my virtual visit suggested I get my ears checked. Thank goodness she did. I had inflammation and fluid in both ears! I hadn't been able to hear for over a week. Thanks to Urgent Care I finally got the medication needed for my body to heal. I had a great visit. The staff there was so helpful and professional. The scheduling was a breeze. I didn't have to wait long before seen. I would recommend going here.

Doctor Abdelbkais was extremely attentive and generous. Front desk was pretty good. The only thing the MA gave false readings on my vitals, the pulse ox never read, but she said she seen numbers. Other than that visit was good.

We were very satisfied with the care taken with our Granddaughter. Also very happy that you claim you were open 24 hours and actually were. Unlike the others I called.

Woke up with a pain in my side, I hopped on to book an appointment and within the next hour I was in. Very little wait time and was out within the 45 mins. Sherry was super nice along with the rest of the staff. This is my second time having to come into this urgent care and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else.
