Doctor spent 2 minutes. No swabs to check . Flu symptoms. Gave antibiotics. 5 out of 10

Set up a last minute appt have covid testing since I wasn't feeling well. The staff came out quickly and administered the test quickly. Waited 15 minutes with a negative result. Now just waiting on my email with further results from the lab. Definitely would recommend.

They were very nice and assuring! They were velvet good listeners and paid attention to my needs.

Sarah and Sohail were excellent. Sarah took various tests to determine what was the best treatment for me. I had a cold with Strep throat. I was suffering tremendously with congestion, coughing, along with losing my voice. As soon as she began treatment I felt a world of difference along with the injection that Sohail gave me. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean, very friendly. There was no wait time at all, and I made the appointment along with paper work on time.

This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

I recommend this clinic. Scheduling was easy, I was seen right away at my appointment time, PCR test results were back in 15 minutes instead of 1 week. Staff, nurse, doctor are professional and respectful.

I scheduled my appointment online. I was taken in right away. The medical tech and doctor were great. The front desk person was great as well. The doctor fixed me with a couple medications for a cough that I had for quite awhile. I was just there yesterday and feel better today already. I will always go back there. I’ve also taken both my grandkids and had great results.

I came in for traumatic hip pain. Dr. Ramaseshan got me into X-ray right away. Was very thorough on my physical exam. He put me at ease and I feel confident in his treatment.

Needed to be seen on a Sunday morning. Made an appointment online & completed paperwork at the same time. They were very friendly & efficient! Got a lot of work done in a very short period of time. Extremely accommodating staff from reception to doc & checkout. I would definitely recommend!

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.
