Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

I went to my primary care doctor for a regular checkup and mentioned my ears were still bad.  She did not have the availability to syringe my ears so I went to Urgent Care.  The wait was acceptable and I was more than happy with the service provided.

Have a rash looking area on my chest, it looked like Shingles. I made an appointment, the office staff and the Nurse Practitioner were all very friendly. It was shingles I was prescribed medication and how to care for it . It was a really nice experience.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

Samentha was very helpful and attentive, she was the main advocate on making sure my insurance coverage and process were taken care of. Very friendly and inviting, as I am new to the area, she for sure helped me feel comfortable and well taken care of. All scheduling and paperwork was completed ahead of time online very easy.

My husband had a sore on his leg that wasn’t healing,and Rose gave him an antibiotic cream & antibiotic to take orally. Hopefully that will help.
