Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

Very clean, friendly staff and ease of check-in process.

Been having a fever and nausea. Didn't have to wait long. Everyone so caring. Given something for nausea and felt better in 10 minutes. I always have great experience there.

Short wait time which was great, quick and easy visit ! Considering that it’s the holiday season I thought it was going to be tough but it was good my son was able to be seen and treated quickly.

The nurse and doctor were very kind, helpful and thorough.  Different than usual Dr that’s there, she actually listened and didn’t talk over you when you were describing pain and issues.  They were both very helpful.

Woke up this morning with my ears really  bothering me decided to go to the urgent care walked in. The staff were very friendly. The office was very clean and the doctor was super nice. Was able to give me my prescriptions right away and back home I went for a rest. I recommend this location. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Every time I have gone I have had a better experience.

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
