I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

The check in with the computer and then the phone is horrible. My phone would keep starting over. I was the only person there but I had to ask for a paper to check myself in. By the time I was giving the paper three people were coming in and done checking in which pushed me back on being seen

Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

My wait time was short and the staff is great/ amazing hospitality. The provider was amazing and helped me with my issue for that visit; I would recommend to everyone. I don’t live too close to this location but I will definitely be coming back because of how I was welcomed and treated.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

The staff there I will give them 100% you guys keep up the good work

Doctor Bailey and the entire staff were professional and courtesy. I felt comfortable and safe

I went to my primary care doctor for a regular checkup and mentioned my ears were still bad.  She did not have the availability to syringe my ears so I went to Urgent Care.  The wait was acceptable and I was more than happy with the service provided.

I had a good experience visiting them with my 11-year-old it was sick right away. I said he was wheezing have problems with his asthma right away. They took him in. I thought that was a plus I recommend them. They are very professional, thank you.🙏🏻

This is the first time I have been to this urgent care. The nurse practitioner that I saw was knowledgeable, smart, helpful, answered all my questions and REALLY listened to my concerns and feelings. It's one of the first urgent care that I've been to where the facks are presented in front off you and you are asked to for the options that best suit you, in decisiding your own care. Even at checkout, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I hope I don't need too, but if I do, I will be back to this urgent care, they were really great.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.
