Thank you to staff of PromptMD Fort Lee for the patience, compassion, and consideration. They were scheduled to close early yesterday (Black Friday) but made the decision to stay on and see 3 more patients (including myself)!

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the Vanessa, John, and the Dr. Alexa were so warm and caring. I was in and out in half hour, and that was with a short staff I highly recommend this provider.
