Scheduling was easy online. Staff was attentive and answered questions.

Went in for a pre-employment screen and everyone was friendly and professional. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Excellent healthcare, doctor takes time to make sure of diagnosis. A very professional staff.

Had a 11am appt. Arrived about 10 mins late but texted to inform. Would have been amazing if they texted back to let me know there was a 2 hour wait once I got inside. I received 3 text the morning of about checking in.. they could have just delayed my appt. They were behind due to a few unforeseen issues. Just tell patience so we can go about our day and plan accordingly. Other than that, everything was fine.

Woke you not feeling well, made an appointment for this office everything was fast, the office was clean and I was able to get all I needed from my visit. Great staff and doctors

Had a very itchy response on my arm to a shingrix vaccine. Waited in a spotless room for a short period of time for a friendly & professional tech & NP. I was given a treatment which is helping to resolve the issue. I would definitely go back to your facility. My only complaint is the doors are not automatic & are heavy & cumbersome to hold while pushing my mother in her wheelchair.

The Nutley location was amazing. They were able to get me in, tested for Covid, flu, RSV, and strep, in a matter of 30 minutes, the medical assistant and doctor were so friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

I had a problem with my left eye; that is, tearing and eye stuck together after night sleep. Was told I had infection “pink eye ; it was contagious. Prescribed drops for eye.

Although knowledgeable, I do not feel I received the same level of care as in previous visit with other Dr.

I made an appointment this morning for 10am. I was called within 15mins of arrival. The staff was amazing and figured out what I had quickly. I would highly recommend this location.

Had full panel std testing done and they were very kind and professional.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I woke up this morning with a sore throat, I arrived and check in was super easy. Staff was friendly, I had to wait a little longer but it was much easier than making an appointment at my doctors office and having to wait days. This was quicker and easier, highly recommend!

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

I didn’t have to wait long, after I filled out the forms I was called in right away,every one was so patient with me, the Dr. sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they helped me a lot. Now I can bend my knee, which I couldn’t do before. Thanks
