I was given a treatment which is helping to resolve the issue. I would definitely go back to your facility. Wasn't able to be seen the night before as a walk because there as an emergency. Scheduled for the next morning. Wait wasn't too long. Staff very helpful & friendly. Doctor was very nice & explained everything so I could understand. Overall it was a great experience & would go there again. Unfortunately, this clean, local facility has been closed down. The other urgent cares are not as clea, staff is not as nice nor are they as close. I'm so disappointed Optum is now permanently closed. I definitely would have recommended them.
