They were nice just took so long even though I was the only patient but sweet staff

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Woke up with a back ache Sunday morning pass and I couldn't walk so I went to the clinic Tuesday morning and they really took care of me right away and I was so happy and I would recommend this clinic and doctor to anyone.

Made a day-of appointment and received prompt, great care.  I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and had my prescription ready within a half hour.

The staff was fast did well I didt wait long I’m waiting area or room

Had a cluster headache the doctor prescribed the wrong medication and then ain’t want to change it smh

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Scheduling was alright and fairly forward. Wait was a little long though, but I understand that there is multiple patients ahead of me and only so many people to attend to them. Check in was okay as well and staff were very polite. They put a lot of effort into the care.

Needed a physical for an upcoming physical test for a job. Called, went in same day. Quick, low cost. Highly recommend.
