I am extremely happy with west Islip urgent care the Dr and staff are amazing and friendly ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

All were helpful and courteous. Wait time was minimal. PA was excellent as was the doctor.

Woke up with stuffy nose, booked an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins. Everyone was very kind and professional.

Do not honor scheduling time Took walk in before me even though I was there at my appointment time

My daughter woke up with a sore throat, and I was able to book an appointment that same morning. It was super easy to book, the check in process was smooth, the location is convenient, and we were out of there in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the practitioner was clear on my treatment plan.

Half way through my appointment, the fire alarm went off. We all had to be evacuated. I had been putting my appointment off for the issue for a year. I finally scheduled it, and boom... you gotta go (lol). It wasn't their fault though. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Suffering at work with extreme nasal and chest congestion and made appt late in the day. Dr Marchetti was very helpful in diagnosis and suggested meds to resolve my distress

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.
