I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

The ease of scheduling the appointment was a plus. The entire staff was courteous and professional. Dr Ava who examined me was attentive and very caring.

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Excellent experiance. Ive been sick for over a month went to 2 other Drs and they were no help just suggested over the counter meds. I got progressivly worse then decided to try DOCS. The nurse practioner listened to me and evaluated me and got me diagnosed with antibiotics! I’m finally on the road to recovery! The receptionist was amazing as well! Great staff and great experiance! Very grateful!!

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

Went to this walk-in clinic for a sore throat. The staff were very helpful and professional.  I would definitely go back again.

Everything was great except for the wait time which was past my scheduled appointment.  But it was explained that they had a higher number of patients than usual. My overall experience was really good.

Nothing they are great I’m happy with the job they did respectful and nice help with questions I had and didn’t give me no attitude I will be going there or telling other people to go there when ever they get injured

MA should leave the room during time with provider. Personal questions were awkward and uncomfortable to answer with them standing there.
