As a senior with serious underlying health conditions, I was very fearful to have a needed CT scan during this pandemic. After making appt. I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! My thanks & gratitude to our caring health care workers who put themselves at risk for us. Chris

Having the ability to schedule my appointment prior to arrival helped with wait times. I was taken care of very quickly. The provider who treated me (doctor/physician.) was VERY nice, understanding and helpful. The only thing that was discouraging was the nurse (I’m assuming that was her roll?) that came in prior to the doctor was very rough, and seemed very miserable while taking my vitals and such. She was asking me many questions. When I redirected her because of my comfortability, she became rude. Upon her leaving the room she slammed the door. Startling me. The reasoning I was there I would think she would have thought to be more mindful. Other than that, wonderful place.

Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor. He is thorough and takes time to discuss treatment options. He is very knowledgeable and has been spot on with the diagnosis and treatment for my medical conditions. I recommend his practice and know that you will be happy with Dr. Patel professionalism and medical care.
