PA was amazing. I was very stressed out about my daughter’s allergic reaction. She answered all my questions and concerns. Also calmed my daughter down in a moment for distressed.

Basic sinus infection, Dr. was friendly and great bedside manner.

Both times I have been there the wait and processing time all together has been 2-3 hours which needs to be improved .

Had been having sinus issues for a few weeks and no over the counter meds were helping. I was able to make an appointment quickly online and get in same day. Staff was friendly and understanding of me being so tired and sensitive to light due to sinus pressure. I was able to get the meds I needed and am feeling better.

Two weeks earlier I had pulled/strained my back muscles. After two weeks of pain and limited mobility, I decided it was time to seek medical help. On Friday, I called my PCP but she did not have any openings. I then called NextCare Urgent Care for an appointment. Check in was easy and on time. My provider explained everything in detail and was understanding. I would definitely recommend this provider.

My son was complaining of a sore mouth after his older sister had been diagnosed with strep 2 days before. Our pediatrician was already closed by the time this started happening and I was so thankful to have little Spurs. Lauren, our PA was phenomenal as was the nurse who checked us in and did vitals. Thanks again for a great job!

Made an appointment online but had to wait about 45 minutes. This was due to a provider not showing at a different location and extra patients being seen. Otherwise went smoothly. I saw someone I have seen before which is nice. I would recommend her. Already feeling better today.

Got into ally fast and filling out forms was easy. Nurse and nurse practitioner was AWESOME!

10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

Went for a sport’s physical, I made my appt on SoLV and it was easy in and out.

Everyone was so nice. Got in and out, no delays.  Medicine prescribed that solved my problem.  Felt secure and trusted health care personnel. I would definitely recommend this provider.

This place is phenomenal. I have diabetes and I'm battling a case of bronchitis that just won't let go. I'm about three weeks in and this was the third facility I've tried. I was debating upon whether to go to the hospital. I reached out to a friend of mine who is a recent nursing graduate and she knew and recommended this place. The thing that was the most strikingly different was the time they took with me to really evaluate what was going on with me. They were able to take and read X-rays while I was there. They drew bloodwork that will be back in 24 hours, all on a Sunday. They didn't just send me out on my own, they gave me a breathing treatment to help me feel better. All of the information taken during my visit was immediately available to me online. They even talked to me about treatment options that may be available to help me if this becomes a long term situation. I felt more confident about my situation. It was very comprehensive and they were very kind to me. I've been places that made me feel like I didn't deserve care. They were really interested in helping me feel better and I was blown away by their knowledge. The check in process was a breeze. It took about two minutes.
