We scheduled online for later in the day, but it said that we could also walk in. We decided to try walking in to see if we could be seen sooner around 9:30. The manager clearly didn’t like this idea and she told us that we still wouldn’t be seen until 12:00, even though the website gave us an estimate of 10:30. So we kept our original appointment. When we arrived for that appointment we were informed that our provider was going on lunch break and ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes past our appointment time. We would have happily come at a different time, but why would they schedule someone’s lunch break at an appointment time? Once we saw the provider, he was great!!! Just seems like management/ logistics needs some support.
