The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Great Service

This was my first visit to this facility, and it came after a fall that injured my ankle, head, neck, and shoulder. The team here immediately took X-rays and ensured everything was thoroughly checked. Last week, I went to another hospital for a separate issue, but it was dismissed. However, at this facility, they quickly identified that something wasn’t right and referred me to a vascular doctor. I’m incredibly grateful that I asked them to take a quick look at that as well. The staff throughout the facility were very caring and professional, and the environment was clean and welcoming. I will definitely make this my go-to medical facility from now on.

This was my first visit, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. The reception team is friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. I highly recommend Dr Gabriel to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

My visit required a follow up later in the afternoon, which was botched up at each step. Different prescriptions were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy that never came over and by the time they did come over the pharmacy closed hours later. Then the prescription that was resent was the same one as earlier in the day and the insurance company refused to cover it obviously. Communication and follow through was horrible.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.
