Check-in and Scheduling were easy.  Dr. Ross was caring, patient and thorough.

I was a walk-in and came to have x-rays for an injury.  The office was busy but I was still done in a little more than an hour.  Check in was very easy and x-rays were viewable the same day for viewing.  I was very happy with my first experience here and would highly recommend.

Staff working on Xmas was friendly and helpful. My sincerest thanks to them for working on a holiday!

Very easy to book appointment online but when I went in it was still an hour wait . Dr was very professional and caring gave me meds and was thorough . I’ve been here before and they have always done a thorough exam and felt better . Would definitely recommend.

Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .

Fell down the stairs and was able.to come in and get x-rays and know I had to follow up with orthopedic.

Everyone that worked there was great. No complaints. The wait time was longer than expected. Perhaps it was because I was so sick but it seemed long.  I did follow up today to inquire about getting an inhaler that my primary recommended but could not get on line to prescribe it for me while in her vacation. I left a specific message with the front desk today and never heard back.  That was quite disappointing

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.

From scheduling an appointment to getting treated all proceeded smoothly. The staff were very friendly.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Scheduling, Check-in, Staff, & Care were all excellent. This facility is highly recommendable!

1st time here was expecting to be here forever ! We were .in and out in less then 20 min!!! .the apt was for my sick 7 year old so it was amazing !! And it's 8 min from my house ! Takes all insurance which is awsome also!!
