I want to just shout out the nurse who was at the front desk and took my vitals, as well as gave me my shot. She’s a prime example of someone who should be in healthcare — She was kind, caring, and respectful. I wish I got her name, but she opened the clinic on 12/7 at 9am.

I scheduled an appointment online with an immediate opening. Easy first time check-in. Nurse took vitals, was very friendly and efficient.  Was seen, took care of my issue and went next door ( CVS)to pick up my Rx. All done in less than 20 minutes with excellent care I would recommend this facility to anyone in Moorpark.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

Dr. Watkins  is wonderful she is a great doctor and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Wait time was a bit (expected it's an urgent care thankfully they take walk ins). Staff was friendly and everything was clean! Once I saw the Doctors he was very nice, asked questions and assisted me! Great experience overall! Would highly recommend this providers office!

Scheduling with easy check in with easy the staff was friendly and assisted me in a timely manner and my quality of care was a five plus the x-ray technician was very understanding and quick to get my X-Rays done. Ibeen to this office once before and I had it on my mind soon as my Grandaughter got sick .The office visit was very helpful with my Grandaughter needs .all of the staff was very pleasant we didn’t have to wait long . The most I really liked was the receptionist was understanding with me and she making sure the paperwork I had they excepted so the doctor would care for my granddaughter  health.I will always go back in a. Emergency and I even told a couple people I knew where to go in case an emergency.Thank you Doctor and to all the staff

I was really pleased with the care I received today.  I came in with what I thought might be an ear infection. Turns out, that was it.  Everything was explained clearly as well as the path we would take to resolve the issue.   Great job by everyone!  I would absolutely recommend this provider.
